The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 master suites (1 kingsize and 1 superking) both with ensuite shower rooms.

The remaining 2 bedrooms are both twin rooms and share a bathroom that leads out to the pool deck. The 4th bedroom is painted and themed with Disney characters to delight the kids.

All the bedrooms are equipped with airconditioning vents, ceiling fans and TVs.

The accomodation boasts 3 full bathrooms, 2 are ensuite and 1 leads directly to the pool deck.

There are two main living areas: the lounge is equipped with multi channel cable TV, and comfortable leather sofas ideal for relaxing after a long day at the parks or shopping malls. At the other end of the house is the family room which has a cathedral ceiling adding to the feeling of spaciousness. It is furnished in Floridian style with comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a queen size bed, and a second cable TV, DVD player and a Sony Playstation 2 with a selection of games for all ages and an 'Eye Toy'. There is also a CD/ radio hi-fi unit, ceiling fan and patio doors leading to the pool deck.

A free wireless high-speed internet connection is provided and free national and international telephone calls are available.

The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (including full size stove, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, waste-disposal, toaster & fridge-freezer with ice maker). The laundry area is at the rear of the garage and is complete with full-size washer and and large tumble dryer, plus iron and ironing board.

There is a formal dining area with a vaulted ceiling giving the feeling of spaciousness. It has a large table and six chairs, but for breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the table and chairs in the breakfast nook.
