One of the main features of the exterior is the oversized lagoon shaped, west-facing pool with extended pool deck.
The pool area is not overlooked to the rear and is surrounded by established privacy hedging. There is a colourful pool garden to the rear of the pool planted with small tropical plants.
On the pool deck are 4 comfortable, deep-cushioned sun loungers, plus a table and cushioned chairs with a large umbrella to provide shade when you decide to eat out by the pool al fresco.
There are also small drinks tables and a towel rail to dry off your swimwear in the hot sun.
A pool cover with roller is provided to help you keep the warmth in the pool at cooler times of year. The pool can be heated (electric) for a small extra charge.
A gas barbeque is also provided.
